shield cntcless servWith so many people home and grilling more than ever before, a clean and sanitary grill has never felt more important. Our mission has always been to provide every home and community we serve with a healthier, cleaner and better grilling experience. Protecting your family is at the heart of everything we do and this remains our most important priority.

During this time of change, we wanted to let you know how we are handling things on our part to protect our team and our valued customers and to adapt to new circumstances with the spread of COVID-19. This includes our 100% contactless service as explained below.

Office Staff
Like so many of you, our entire office staff have successfully transitioned to working from home. We are still operating under our normal hours of operation however due to increased demand for BBQ cleaning services, if we are not able to answer your call, we will return your message, usually the same day or within 24 hours. Alternatively, we also accept text messages. Text us anytime at 1-949-397-2923 (California & Arizona).

Field Staff
All field techs at Pro Grill Cleaning, Inc are adhering to our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene before, during, and after every service visit. Our employees do not share tools or equipment. They carry hand sanitizers and have personal protective equipment to use when necessary. Our field staff are not permitted into any homes and are only able to work on BBQs that can be accessed through an exterior side gate.

Zero Contact Service
No pens, no paper. We are fully equipped to offer a contactless service. All payments for services are completed securely online by credit card.

Our staff can complete almost every job with 100% zero contact by adhering to the following guidelines:

    • Calling the customer when arriving at the job. Our technician is happy to communicate with you via video through Zoom and can show you anything he may have found that you should be made aware of.

    • Every employee at Pro Grill Cleaning, Inc has been supplied hand sanitizer, gloves and other appropriate PPE.

    • We used to say be home or not but we know right now you are probably home. To maintain effective social distancing according to our current policy, customers are kindly asked to stay in their homes during the cleaning. If you need to come out for any reason, we request our customers provide a generous minimum of 15 feet of space to the employee and his entire work area.

    • At the end of the cleaning, the BBQ is fired up and set to high for 7 minutes before we leave. Inside your BBQ hot steam will be used to clean your BBQ and its components.

  • Before we leave your home, the employee will wear gloves to wipe down and disinfect the BBQ handle and all exterior parts including knobs. An EPA registered disinfectant is used for this final process on the exterior only.
